"itinerary changes Were a mess"
I asked them to put together a custom trip, but it felt like they barely listened. The first plan had a bunch of stuff I specifically said I didn’t want, which was really frustrating. Then getting it fixed took way longer than it should have. Overall, just Not worth the hassle...

I assumed booking would be quick and straightforward, but it ended up taking way longer than it should have. Every time I thought I was almost done, something seemed to mess up again, and it started to feel like a pattern. Frustrating experience overall

"Really helpful travel advice"
The consultant knew the area well. Super helpful. Answered my questions fast. One hotel detail was a little unclear though. But overall, good experience

"Pretty good help, just a small hesitation"
Swain made the trip planning easy overall. The flights, transfers, and hotel timing were all laid out clearly, which took a lot off my plate. There was one point where I had to wait a bit longer than expected for an update, so I did wonder for a moment how tight everything was being managed, but it ended up being fine. Overall, I’d probably use them again.

"I ordered from swain.com and the product itself..."
I ordered from swain.com and the product itself was fine, so no real complaint there. But getting anyone to reply was frustrating. I had to email twice and wait days just to get a basic answer. What made it more annoying was how it felt like they leaned on little policy loopholes instead of just helping clearly. Not the worst experience, but their communication really needs work.

I booked a day activity it was kind of disappointing. The guide didn’t seem very interested, and most of the stops felt rushed like we were just checking them off a list. It all came across a bit poorly planned. I guess it was okay just to see a few things, but I wouldn’t say it felt worth the money

"Way too expensive for what it is"
I felt like I had been personally robbed a little. For the price, I expected way more, but it was just... fine at best. I kept looking at it like, “That’s it?” Definitely not worth the money in my opinion

"Room was bad and I had to keep chasing them"
The room was a letdown. The sheets didn’t feel clean, it was really noisy, and the bathroom had an awful smell. I mentioned it to staff, but I had to keep chasing them to get any sort of response, which made the whole stay even more frustrating.
